Unlocking the Power of Friends to help young adults struggling with Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder.
Our Mission
While there are many resources to help individuals struggling with mental health and SUD, those who need them the most are often reluctant to seek and use them. Drew had a passion for technology. We honor that passion by using technology to meet young adults on their terms, on their devices and in their communities – to enable conversations about mental health wellness and substance abuse. To ultimately empower friends to offer help and those in need to accept help.
Our Work
60% of college students have reported being diagnosed with a mental health condition
Deaths involving synthetic opioids (mostly fentanyl) increased by 7.5-fold from 2015 to 2021
As much as half of a person's risk of becoming addicted to nicotine, alcohol, or other drugs depends on genetic makeup.
Close Friends are often the most influential voice in a Young Person’s life
We have developed the Friends for Life (FFL) concept and partnered with the JEEVA mental health app to harness the power between friends and remove the barriers to offering help and accepting help... to get through to those who are hard to reach. Ultimately to save lives.

Our Story
Drew lived a full, wonderful life. He was a happy, successful student at Boston University. Then Covid struck and life changed… and something changed in Drew. He became more anxious and ultimately turned to Xanax. Once, it was laced with fentanyl. His life and ours were forever changed.
